OVERVIEW
Hudson & Nine produced a luxurious branded red carpet arrivals experience for the 2024 Urban One Honors ceremony. Honoring music legends such as Mary J. Blige, Dionne Warwick, Frankie Beverly, and Chlöe, the Awards Show ceremony marked the beginning of TV One's 20th anniversary celebrations. The build out was an exceptional display of brand activation, each moment perfectly designed to represent the brand emotion, history, and glamour of the milestone celebration.
Our creative team completely transformed the causal sports bar lobby of the COCA-COLA ROXY. We designed an optimized layout for carpet arrivals and built a professional sound studio with branded sets in the center of the lobby, wrapped by a glamorous theme purple carpet with dimensional step and repeat to accommodate over 100 photographers. We also produced a “living timeline” installation, serving as a fabulous educational journey and photo op for arriving guests. Other raw spaces in the concert hall were transformed into cocktail reception spaces, and elegantly activated in their own right, draped in 360 velvet, adorned with plants, mood lighting and brimming with magical photo moments and interactive guests activities.
