Backstage at Urban One Honors, TV One’s annual award show, Hudson & Nine created a branded media lounge and VIP experience where the network could capture content with artists and a-listers preforming at or attending the broadcast event. Our creative team transformed 2,000 sq.ft. of sub-basement storage space into a celebrity styled green-room lounge with custom three interview sets artistically weaved into an open-concept lounge space for VIP entertaining. Our logistics team skillfully coordinated the challenging load-in, installing carpeting, drape, fabricated set walls, furnishings and atmospheric lighting through narrow utility hallways in only 12 hours.
