OVERVIEW

To increase awareness and motivate the sale of French cheese among American consumers, CNIEL retained H&9 to develop an educational pop-up experience. Our “tasting market” concept featured grassy pastures, branded architecture and custom geometric cheese art with an instructional narrative. The activation enabled participants to sample and purchase over 20 varieties of cheeses while learning gourmet tips on preparation and presentation.
