OVERVIEW
In celebration of music, entertainment and Black culture, over 100,000 fans gathered at The BET Experience, an immersive fan festival built around the network’s annual award show. For the event’s fifth installment, BET Marketing retained our creative team to produce the “face” of the festival: a network-branded grand entrance and engaging welcome reception. We delivered press-generating sharable attendee experiences and a branded city of impressive structures that included larger-than-life graphics of network stars, a grand entrance arch souring over thirty feet tall, and high-impact video content displayed in custom architectural frames.
